1. GENERAL TERMS

Keep the description short and sweet.Provide image references of the character(s) you’d like drawn.Reference images must be taken in bright lighting, with a full view of the character.Image Reference Example

Specific poses and palettes may be altered to allow for a better visual composition.I will let you know ahead of time if I need to change anything.Characters with complex designs or anatomy are subject to additional charges.

2. payment

Prices are in USD only.Payments must be made up front via Ko-Fi.I do not accept payments in increments.

Once I receive your payment, I will update your commission status on my Trello board.Check the board for your commission progress.

3. process

Screenshots are provided during the whole commission process. They are sent after every drawing session.Please discuss any minor changes with me during the sketch and colouring process.

Commission completion time can take up to 4 weeks or more depending on factors such as:

  • illness/injury

  • commission size + complexity

  • emergencies

  • school

  • work

I will notify you ASAP for delays.

4. changes

Any major changes after the sketch has been approved will come with an extra charge of $100 per change.A maximum of 2 major changes are allowed.Changes will be made after I receive payment.Refunds are not provided after the sketch phase.

Major changes include, but are not limited to:

  • hair

  • outfit

  • lighting

  • backgrounds

  • pose and expressions

  • props

5. copyright / usage

  • Use the watermarked artwork for personal use only

  • Use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to me

Commercial rights are available for discussion. Let me know ahead of time before starting your comm.

  • use my work for NFTs / Artificial intelligence training

  • use my art for commercial purposes

  • Take credit for my work

  • Remove my signature/watermark

  • Alter or edit my work without my consent

6. Refunds

I do not provide refunds after the sketch has been approved.Exceptions may be made in the case of an emergency.

Filing a chargeback will result in your name being disclosed to artist's circles for them to watch out for.
